About Us
Swanil Training Foundation is a non-governmental organization based in Pune. The foundation runs “Growing Up with Children”, India’s first parent study circle designed for parents of children aged 0 to 18 years.
The study circle was inaugurated on 26 January 2014 by Anil Bhagwat, founder of Jeevansath Study Circle, and author and director of Garware Balbhavan, Shobha Bhagwat.Our objective is to enhance parents’ abilities and create awareness so that children receive an educational and nurturing environment at home, and to help build life-skills among both boys and girls.
Vision And Mission
A vision represents the long-term aspiration and ultimate goal of an organization or individual. The mission focuses on the present—what the organization does, whom it serves, and how it delivers value. It serves as a practical roadmap for achieving the vision by translating long-term aspirations into actionable goals. A clear mission ensures that all efforts are aligned, creating consistency, accountability, and a strong sense of purpose across the organization. It answers the question: “What do we do, and how do we do it?”
